Refunds and Returns
Here at One Flower we truly want you to be happy, therefore if for some reason the quality of the flowers are not up to the expectation you had when ordered please contact us within 24 hours of when the flower order was delivered so that we can review your order. .
We will need a photograph of the flowers or gift in order to review the issue. A response to the issue will be given within 24 hours of receiving the photograph. We must emphasise that we cannot review your issue if you cannot provide us with a photograph. Once we receive the photograph we will liaise with our designers and work out what has happened, then liaise with you to work out the best possible solution.
If your flower order has not been delivered please let us know as soon as possible so we can follow up with our delivery drivers. We do require that you let us know within 24 hours of the requested delivery date. Each complaint will be handled individually and depending on the case we will either deliver the flowers again or refund you the full amount.
All refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Funds can only be refunded back to the original payment method whether that be credit card or PayPal.
